Scorpion EVO Bolt (Modified)

Hyperion 2A’s Replacement bolt for the CZ scorpion EVO Bolt.

I’m modifying the rest of the batch there wasn’t enough of a chamfer where the firing pin goes in. Triggers that have heavy springs are deforming the metal a little around the firing pin and trapping the firing pin and causing it to stop firing. I added a larger chamfer and increased the diameter of the hole for the firing pin slightly. I also added another chamfer to the front of the bolt there is a sharp corner that’ll cause it to hang on bullet casing for a couple 3d Printed builds haven’t seen if effect OEM guns.

Also due to the modifications I need to make they while be missing some black nitride in a couple areas not visible from out side of an assembled OEM gun.

This bolt is made out of 4140 and has been black nitride coated and heat treated to Max hardness (50RC-54RC, black nitride will temper it lowering it by 2-5RC) for durability.
(Aftermarket product not made by CZusa) May have some marks from testing them.
